Team Adventure Programs
Differences between team building adventure programs and “traditional” outdoor programs
Team building adventure programs primarily differ from outdoor trainings in the sense that they emphasize gaining experience and not drawing the conclusion in a discussion afterwards. At the same time we professionally believe that by designing “experience programs” which match the needs of the client and by incorporating these in a professional process we can already contribute to the development of cooperating teams.
Adventure programs are a recreation for teams tired of formal trainings, and thereby “secretly” assist the development of the team by enhancing team spirit and through the metaphorical experiences they share. Despite a lighter genre, these programs are highly professional, something which is warranted by our highly experienced staff. The team will become stronger, mutual trust will deepen, and so will dedication – both in the spring, summer, autumn and winter.
Whether small, functional teams or organizations of several hundred people, a fun-filled afternoon or a multi-day adventure hike, we will explore your needs and formulate the ideal program for you.

TIME TUNNEL
Wandering in space and time, in history and fantasy – “so that we can add a storyline to the events of the program.”
Our framework stories are all about workplace teams, even though they feature native Americans, cavemen or heavily armed knights.
TREASURE HUNTERS
There are magical adventures awaiting bold treasure hunters – blood-thirsty savages, cliffs and abysses, the Dead Moor and the evil Spider Nyanya. Only the most dedicated adventurer can collect all the keys to the treasure chest. Are you faster than Indiana Jones?
EXPEDITION
If you arrive expecting that this will be just another usual program, you are in for a big surprise! Before you know it, you are in the middle of a deep forest. There are rebellious natives living in the woods. Luckily, the old magician has taken your side. He is the only one who knows all the dangers that you will have to face on your way out of the dark forest.
CASTLE OF DEVOTION
Let’s build a real playground log castle and donate it to a school, a paediatric hospital or any other children’s institute. But building a castle is not such an easy task if you have no idea where the pieces are hidden – and you also have to find the blueprint.
CHILDREN’S ACTIVITY CENTRE
Another charity work which enhances cooperation: this program builds activity centers that can be donated to schooling institutions.
Teams have to “purchase” all the components of the house. In the first half of the program they must cooperate (not compete!) to earn the ”money” they can pay with. After the price is paid, they build and decorate the houses, which are handed over to the chosen institution.
FILM FESTIVAL
Props and costumes are all ready and set, cameras are rolling. What else do we have here? Loads of ideas and talent. Teams swarm out to make their moving pictures for the world’s largest and most prestigious film festival.
You define the genre – whether it is western, action, thriller, horror, romantic, erotic, cult, education, documentary or nature film. Anything goes, no holds barred.
After half a day of planning, shooting and post-production, the films are finished. You select the jury from among yourselves, who then evaluate the masterpieces to find the best of the best in all categories. Your films could make it to any international film event!
