• Brenda B. Jones - an organisational consultant for over 20 years. Lives in Columbia, Maryland. Her consultancy work has always focussed on the creation of corporate strategies and cultures, on leadership development, on the enhancement of individual and team efficiency, on developing consultants, and on culturally diverse organisations. Former OD Network board member, member of the NTL Institute and IODA.
• Barbara Bunker and Billie Alban - originators of the large group method, authors of the first and still finest books on the subject. (The Handbook of Large Group Methods: Creating Systemic Change in Organizations and Communities, Jossey-Bass Business & Management, 2006;  Large Group Interventions: Engaging the Whole System for Rapid Change, Jossey-Bass Business & Management Series, 1996.) 
• Karen J. Davis  - over 30 years of consultant work for national and international corporations. She has dedicated her work to enhancing the health, efficiency and joyful operation of organisations created by people. Her clientele includes private and public corporations, a well as NGO's.   
  Karen is dedicated to building a global community of organisation development (OD), she works and learns with OD-professionals over the world. She began working with Open Space techniques before the method was even named.
