We mostly - although not exclusively - offer coaching  as part of a complex organizational development process; we simultaneously work with the organization and the individual as part of the organization. The synchronous development of the system and its parts  provides opportunities for creating synergy: the individual and the orgaization change in harmony, the goals and change processes of the different organizational levels support and strengthen each other.

Our main coaching profiles include

Executive Coaching

The higher up in the corporate hierarchy an executive is, the more influence he/she can have on the functioning of the organization and the success of changes. Therefore organization development processes may only be successful if they are accompanied by individual change, and especially the personal development of executives. Executive coaching, which is a tailor-made development process, can provide effective assistance in this.

Praesta

Concordia and London-based Praesta International Executive Coaching have formed their joint company, Praesta Hungary.The Hungarian organization is part of Praesta International, being present in more than 20 countries.
