The name ‘Concordia’ is an allusion to concord, harmony. Appropriately we promote harmony among the organization, the individual and their environment, which can be achieved through people-centered organizational development, by finding, creating and developing a common language.

Concordia Organizational and Management Development employ the most experienced professional experts. Established in 1984, it was the first company of its kind in Hungary. The vast experience of these long years in the business has allowed Concordia to develop dynamically and to assist its clients effectively.

What do we do?

We help our partners become able to create and maintain a balance between the long term economic efficiency / profitability of the organization, the superior satisfaction of customers and meeting the most important requirements of employees.
This is achieved by developing and actively involving the people or groups concerned. We consider people-centered organizational development our call. Our work is directed towards shaping more successful organizations, and in the course of this process we look at people as the most important asset. Concordia as a trainer/consultant company, and some of our programs were accredited in 2007!

Code of Ethics

Concordia is a founder and member of SZMT (Hungarian Organization Development Society) and Tréning Kerekasztal (Training Round Table Society). We had an active role in forming the ethical codes of both organizations and we follow these in our work.
